Hospitality Liaison
The Toshiba Classic realizes that special circumstances arise throughout the tournament. Our Hospitality Committee, chaired by Jackie Bouchey, will be available during your hours of operation to help you throughout the day and to provide a conduit to all of the tournament services offered. Jackie and her committee will be available on site during the entire tournament, but please call her or the tournament management staff ahead of time if you anticipate utilizing one of the following services, or if you believe you will need additional assistance.
Security/Credential Verification
A critical function at the event will be security for private hospitality areas. The Toshiba Classic Volunteer Security Committee will be chaired by Dean Gale. Dean's committee will assist your company in screening entrance to your tent or skybox. All guests must have the proper credentials to be admitted.
However, we understand that in special cases, you may wish for a guest to have access, even though they do not have the proper credentials from you. Therefore, we request that your company have a "host" at all operational times so that your representative can be contacted by our volunteer in the event a special consideration is necessary. This will alleviate any problems and embarrassing situations for you.
Following, you will find an operational check list. Please complete this form as quickly as possible so that Dean can schedule volunteers adequately.
Additional Ticket Purchases
Often times, hospitality sponsors find the need to purchase extra tickets during the course of the tournament. Our hospitality committee will facilitate extra ticket purchases with tournament management. All tickets purchased at the gate on Friday through Sunday are $20. However, our hospitality sponsors will be permitted to purchase extra tickets at a special pre-tournament price.
Will Call - (Located at the corner of Jamboree and Back Bay Road)
Many times during the course of a tournament, unanticipated guests request passes from their friends, employers, etc. Accommodating these requests can be difficult without the proper mechanism for delivery. The Toshiba Classic's WILL CALL is the perfect solution. Credentials may be left for guests within a few minutes of an important call. Again, our Hospitality Committee will be happy to deliver credentials to the will call tent, located adjacent to the admission area.
Our committee will deliver any credential package to the off site WILL CALL or admission gate within 30 minutes of the request.
